Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Leasing, Retail

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain good relationships with tenants
• Make cold calls and actively find suitable brands/concepts for our retail properties
• Handle tenant enquiries and recommend suitable shop spaces
• Negotiate lease renewals and finalise lease agreements/documents
• Follow up with tenants on rental matters, sales performance, and arrears
• Conduct market research when needed
• Prepare monthly reports

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant leasing experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Independent, resourceful, and self-motivated
