Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Inpatient Operations)

About the Role

• Support the development and alignment of strategic, operational, and business plans for Inpatient Operations.
• Oversee daily operations of assigned inpatient ward(s), including reception services and administrative processes.
• Collaborate with Ward Nurse Managers and stakeholders to resolve system and process issues.
• Review workflows to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and resource utilisation.
• Track and improve service and satisfaction indicators.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in any discipline healthcare experience is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years work experience, preferably in service-related industries.
• Strong analytical, organisational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Project management experience preferred knowledge of hospital operations is a plus.
