Responsibilities:
- Partner Clinical Heads of Department and stakeholders to plan, develop and implement new care models and clinical services.
- Support day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of clinical programmes across inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Provide comprehensive clinical operations support including project and workflow management, system and IT requirements, financial assessments, data analysis and resource planning.
- Manage budgeting, procurement and resource allocation in alignment with organisational objectives.
- Translate and communicate organisational vision, strategic priorities and business plans to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Identify and support initiatives to enhance service delivery and meet evolving healthcare needs.
- Foster effective communication and multidisciplinary collaboration across teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer and patient satisfaction.
- Monitor key clinical, operational and service performance indicators to ensure quality outcomes.
- Establish programmes to promote continuous improvement, learning, auditing and service reviews.
- Coordinate events, logistics and administrative or secretariat support on an ad-hoc basis.
Requirements:
- Degree in hospital administration, healthcare management or a related discipline postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in healthcare or a service-oriented environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Well-organised, analytical and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous or evolving environments and solving complex problems.
- Demonstrated mindset towards continuous improvement, innovation and change.
- Proficiency in SAP, EPIC and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is an added advantage.
