Job Description

SingHealth Fund (SHF) champions research, innovation, education, patient care and staff wellness causes across SingHealth. We are seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to assist in finance operations for one of our sub-accounts within SingHealth Fund. You will manage the full spectrum of financial activities from donation processing to regulatory compliance, whilst supporting strategic financial analysis for our Board and Committee meetings.

What You Will Do

You will join a dedicated team responsible for managing the full range of finance, budgeting and reporting activities, encompassing donation reviews, journal and audit schedule preparation, and coordinating comprehensive month-end and year-end closing procedures. Your responsibilities include checking and reconciling tax-deductible donations and receipts for tax filing purposes, whilst ensuring accurate maintenance of master data in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) and Grants Module systems. You will assist the Senior Manager in preparing and analysing consolidated financial reports and budget analyses for grant matters presented at Board and Committee meetings. Additionally, you will track grant commitments and fund utilisation on a timely basis, conduct monthly fund balance reconciliations, and ensure full compliance with relevant policies, charitable regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.

Job Requirements

  • ACCA qualification or Bachelor's Degree preferably in Accountancy with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Preferably with experience in charitable governance and fund accounting
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail with an analytical mind
  • Responsible, independent and resourceful approach in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
