Why This Role Matters

We are seeking an Operations Executive to play a criticalrole in enabling effective clinical service planning, operations, and deliveryacross Woodlands Health. You will be part of a high performing, engagedoperating environment where teams are empowered to deliver safe, efficient, andpatient centred care. As part of the operations team, you will translateorganisational strategy into effective operational execution to meet thehospital's goals. You will support initiatives that enhance care quality, servicevalue, and patient experience across the OT, Endoscopy and SOC facilities andClinical Operations (surgery) services supported by this Enterprise.

This is more than an administrative or coordination role. Asa trusted partner to clinical leaders, you will help translate populationhealth needs and clinical strategy into well planned, resilient, and futureready services-supporting clinicians, nurses to ensure operational excellenceacross the care continuum.

Key Responsibilities

Support Care Services Planning & Development

. Support the analysis of population health needs within theWH catchment area to inform clinical services planning and population healthstrategies.

. Partner clinical leaders to identify, develop, andimplement clinical services aligned with projected demand and organisationalpriorities.

. Work closely with clinical leads to define servicerequirements, workload projections, and capacity considerations.

. Support the design and implementation of innovative andintegrated care delivery models across settings.

Support Facility and Clinical Operations

. Ensure that facilities, equipment, and instrumentationmeet clinical needs, standardisation norms, and regulatory compliance.

. Support planning and procurement of clinical equipment andinstruments in line with approved service requirements.

. Use data to support the development of clinical servicesand optimize efficiency of facilities.

Governance, Planning & Department Support

. Prepare and support clinical programme approval papers andwork with clinicians to operationalize these programmes for patient care.

. Prepare and support equipment procurement approval papers,tender documentation, and legal submissions related to clinical operations.

. Support annual enterprise and division work plans,budgeting exercises, and required submissions .

. Develop, maintain, and update departmental policies andwork instructions, and serve as a resource for onboarding new staff.

General Responsibilities

. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Chief/Head ofClinical Department and Director, Elective Care Enterprise.

. Support meetings, initiatives, and projects as assigned.

What You Bring

Qualifications & Experience

. University degree.

. At least 2 years of relevant experience in operations,healthcare services, or a similar environment is advantageous but notessential.

. Healthcare experience is advantageous but not essential.

Skills & Attributes

. Strong planning, organisation, and coordination skills.

. Ability to manage relationships and communicateeffectively with clinicians and multidisciplinary teams.

. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate conceptsinto operational models, and data into actionable insights.

. Confident communicator with sound negotiation andstakeholder management skills.

. Adaptable and comfortable working in a complex, fastmoving healthcare environment.

. Good presentation and writing skills
