Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Corporate Communications - Healthcare (2-Years Contract)

What you'll be doing

• Lead external communications and campaigns, including content creation and social media to promote programmes and initiatives

• Drive internal communications and staff engagement initiatives to strengthen organisational culture

• Provide strategic communications advisory, including branding, messaging and editorial support to internal stakeholders

• Support media and content development to enhance organisational visibility and storytelling

• Develop and implement crisis communications plans, and support emergency preparedness exercises

• Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all communication channels

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Communications/ Marketing/ Journalism/ Public Relations or related studies

• 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in corporate communications

• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences

• Experience in both internal and external communications, including campaigns and stakeholder engagement

• Familiarity with digital and social media platforms for content development and execution

• Good understanding of branding, messaging and communications strategy

• Exposure to crisis communications or issues management will be an advantage

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across teams

• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with good attention to detail
