Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Partnerships Support
- Support partnerships and fundraising initiatives through campaigns and engagement activities
- Support fundraising initiatives including development of grant proposals for partners
- Co-create campaigns and storytelling opportunities with stakeholders
- Support relationship management and partner engagement
Strategic Communications &Content
- Plan and execute integrated communications plans across digital and traditional platforms
- Support development of stories that showcase impact and connect with donors, volunteers and the public
- Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms
- Manage content calendars, campaign timelines and communications assets
Campaign Management
- Plan and deliver integrated campaigns aligned with organizational goals
- Coordinate campaign deliverables including content, media and stakeholder engagement
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for stronger impact
- Prepare campaign reports, decks and post-campaign evaluations
Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with programme teams and internal departments to ensure accurate, respectful storytelling and seamless execution across all communications outputs
- Support events through live content capture and post-event storytelling, translating experiences into compelling multi-platform communications
- Track campaign performance, maintain documentation and manage content archives to ensure accountability and organizational continuity
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing or fund-raising campaigns
- Strong writing and communication skills including effective stakeholder management
