Job Description

SingHealth Centralised Institutional Review Board (CIRB) is the research ethics review board for SingHealth Institutions.

You will conduct preliminary review of submissions to CIRB to ensure completeness and compliance to Institution policies and regulatory requirements. This includes attending to queries from stakeholders on their CIRB submissions and providing support on IRB training-related matters for researchers.

You will provide secretariat support of board meetings and ensure efficient operation of the IRB Secretariat Office. You will support the CIRB function including minutes taking, agenda preparation and other correspondence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical-related fields or related discipline
  • Previous working experience in a research environment or healthcare-related industry is preferred
  • Possesses strong teamwork orientation and good interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, organised, ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft(MS) Office applications, especially MS Word and Excel
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Must be fully-vaccinated against COVID-19
