Job Description

The role supports the Senior BDM in recruitment, onboarding, financing schemes, and business development initiatives for new representatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Executing and processing Talent Transition Fund (TTF) and Exceleration packages for new representative hires, including coordination with internal stakeholders to validate package eligibility and compliance.
  • Partner with representatives and directors to communicate and advise on recruitment packages.
  • Assist the Senior BDM in preparing management reports on TTF and Consumer Business performance for senior management meetings and governance forums.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and conduct interviews for new representatives, liaise with internal stakeholders during the onboarding process.
  • Assist the Senior BDM in providing first‑level feedback on marketing materials.
  • Monitor, validate, administer, and report on all financing schemes and incentive programmes.
  • Deliver timely analysis and reporting on financing schemes and incentives to ensure alignment with business plans and achievement of objectives.
  • Support team initiatives through special projects and ad‑hoc assignments as required.
  • Assist the Head of Department in corporate projects, strategic initiatives, and cross‑functional engagements

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Banking, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–8 years of relevant experience in recruitment, business development, sales support, agency distribution, insurance, or financial advisory-related functions.
  • Experience in recruitment operations, onboarding coordination, financing schemes, or incentive administration is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with representatives, directors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with the ability to support ad-hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives.
