Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including managing schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and assist with manpower planning data and analysis.
- Support learning and development programmes, including course administration, logistics coordination, and invoice processing.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks such as preparing welcome notes for new hires and verifying intern allowances.
- Maintain and update HR records, policies, compliance documentation, and internal platforms.
- Coordinate HR-related activities and events, including meetings, training sessions, and career fair preparations.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in Human Resources or Business.
- A good understanding of accounting and figures.
- Good computer skills in Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Good communication and interactive skills.
- Able to work independently.
