We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Senior Executive Assistant & CEO Office Manager to support the CEO across business, operational, and personal priorities.
This is a high-impact, execution-driven role requiring someone who can independently manage the CEO's office, ensure seamless follow-through on strategic initiatives, and handle personal and business responsibilities with equal efficiency and discretion.
You will act as a central point of coordination between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring that priorities are tracked, communicated, and delivered effectively.
Manage and coordinate all day-to-day activities of the CEO's office
Track, prioritize, and drive execution of CEO directives across departments
Maintain a structured system to monitor decisions, action items, and deadlines
Proactively brief and remind the CEO on key priorities, commitments, and follow-ups
Ensure alignment and accountability across teams on CEO-led initiatives
Liaise with senior executives and department heads on behalf of the CEO
Drive timely follow-ups on assigned tasks, ensuring clear timelines and deliverables
Communicate expectations professionally and assertively across stakeholders
Act as a bridge between the CEO and leadership team to ensure smooth execution
Attend key meetings with the CEO
Prepare agendas, document minutes, and clearly capture action items
Align stakeholders on deliverables and timelines post-meetings
Ensure consistent follow-through and closure of action points
Support execution of business priorities and operational initiatives
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications
Provide structured inputs and insights where required
Help streamline workflows and improve efficiency within the CEO's office
Manage the CEO's personal calendar, including family and social commitments
Coordinate domestic and international travel (business and personal)
Handle confidential personal matters with high discretion
Ensure smooth planning and execution of personal events and engagements
Oversee multiple real estate properties owned by the CEO
Manage vendors, service providers, and maintenance activities
Track contracts, payments, and vendor performance
Ensure smooth day-to-day management of all property-related matters
MBA in Business Management or related field preferred
6-12 years of experience in executive support, operations, consulting, or similar roles
Prior experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives is highly preferred
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive tasks independently
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to follow through firmly and professionally with senior stakeholders
Detail-oriented with strong execution discipline
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
