Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of allied health service counters, ensuring efficient front-line service delivery and positive patient experience.
  • Partner with clinical and allied health stakeholders to resolve operational, system, and workflow issues.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies, SOPs, work instructions, and support periodic reviews and updates.
  • Analyse patient feedback and PROMs data to identify trends, close service gaps, and recognise service excellence.
  • Coordinate and administer Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs), including patient education and post-procedure follow-ups.
  • Review, optimise, and implement workflows for new and existing services to meet evolving operational and clinical needs.
  • Monitor service utilisation and support initiatives to improve resource optimisation.
  • Manage operational risk assessments, audits, and business continuity measures at service counters.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement, and retention of service associates.
  • Facilitate effective two-way communication between management and front-line teams, including issue escalation and solution recommendations.
  • Manage and maintain clinical and operational data, preparing reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Support value-based care, appropriate care, and organisational improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline a healthcare-related or business management qualification is an added advantage.
  • Experience in managing service operations, patient engagement, or clinical outcomes data is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications experience with EPIC and NBS systems is an added advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and interpersonal skills when handling patients and sensitive situations.
