Senior Executive, Aftersales Technical & Warranty

• Permanent position, Salary up to $5,500
• Open to work on Alternate Saturday (halfday)

Key Responsibilities

• Support technical and warranty operations, including claims processing, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate and conduct technical training programmes for internal teams and dealers.
• Monitor warranty performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Liaise with principals, service centres, and stakeholders on technical-related matters.
• Assist in troubleshooting, technical documentation, and process improvements.
• Prepare reports, analyse data, and support operational planning and execution.
• Participate in system implementation, audits, and ad hoc technical projects when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Automotive, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in technical support, training, or warranty operations, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
