Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Administrative Support professional to provide high‑level administrative, operational, and coordination support to the management team of our premium preschool group.
This role is critical in enabling the management team to operate efficiently across multiple centres, stakeholders, and priorities. The successful candidate will act as a trusted right hand-handling planning, documentation, communication flow, and follow‑ups-while demonstrating sound judgement, professionalism, and strong execution skills in a fast‑paced education environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative and organizational support to the management team
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, and action tracking
- Draft, format, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents
2.Operations & Coordination Support
- Track key tasks, timelines, and deliverables across projects and departments
- Support cross‑centre coordination by following up on action items with centre leaders and HQ teams
- Assist in compiling operational, enrolment, staffing, or performance data as required
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for confidential and operational records
- Support policy documentation, SOP updates, and internal communications roll‑outs
3. Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Liaise professionally with centre principals, leadership team members, parents (when required), vendors, and external partners
- Ensure timely follow‑ups and communication closure across stakeholders
- Uphold discretion and confidentiality in all sensitive or strategic matters
4. Support for Strategic & People‑Related Initiatives
- Help organize leadership events, training sessions, and internal engagement activities
- Provide administrative support for parent engagement or service excellence initiatives when required
5. Office & Process Excellence
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, coordination workflows, or documentation practices
- Assist in creating structure, reminders, and systems to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Hand lead‑hoc projects or special assignments with reliability and initiative
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Senior Administrative or Operations Support role
- Prior experience supporting senior leadership team
- Experience in education, childcare, hospitality, or premium service environments is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with multi‑site or multi‑stakeholder operations is a strong plus
