[What the role is]
As a Senior Executive in the Industry-Based Training Division, you will play a key role in building and sustaining strong industry partnerships to support workplace learning, training, and workforce development initiatives.
[What you will be working on]
As a Senior Executive in the Industry-Based Training (IBT) Division, you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth implementation of workplace learning programmes and training schemes.
You will be responsible for the following areas:
- Administer and support the implementation of training schemes and programmes
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including monitoring fees charged to training partners
- Administer government grants, including processing disbursements and supporting reporting requirements
- Support procurement processes and overall budget tracking and management
- Perform data analysis and generate reports to support operational and management needs
[What we are looking for]
You should possess:
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in administrative or finance-related roles
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently
- Customer-oriented mindset with responsiveness to stakeholder needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Experience in data analysis, RPA and AI tools will be an advantage
