Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and escalation from freight partners and CMs
- Monitor OTOR and Finished Goods delivery and follow-up daily
- Resolve EDI issues between Cisco IT and freight partners.
- Construct QE flight plan based on Cisco revenue cut off.
- Collaborate between Freight Partners, CL, and CPS on customer-related issues
- Work with CMs and suppliers on freight forecasting and capacity planning
- QE Chartercoordinating, monitoring shipments effectively to meet receiving cut-off and provide visibility of Charter till arrived at destination.
- QE SNI Review Leading the analysis on meet/miss revenue shipments during QE.
