What The Role Is
This is a 1-year contract position with the Academic Affairs Department.
What You Will Be Working On
- Plan, process and manage admissions, enrolment and examination activities for part-time courses
- Handle queries and offer advice to course applicants, students, and academic staff
- Collaborate with both academic and non-academic staff to ensure efficient course management and smooth administration of examinations
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date student records
- Conduct data verification and liaise with vendors to resolve any system-related issues
- Plan, implement and monitor projects and initiatives for part-time courses
- Contribute to TP and department ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed
- Compile data for reporting purposes
- Provide general administrative support for the division, ensuring proper documentation is maintained.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience is preferred
- Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills, and a good team player
- Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to follow through on projects and deliver quality work
- Good written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal and administrative skills
- Able to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
- IT-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office applications and possess knowledge of AI technologies and their practical applications
