COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Established in 2008, the Community Foundation of Singapore (CFS) empowers individuals and organisations to give with purpose and impact. CFS supports structured, long-term philanthropic giving to nurture a generous society of caring, inclusive and thriving communities.

Working closely with donors, CFS addresses Singapore's diverse and evolving needs. To date, CFS has helped establish over 300 donor-advised funds and channelled support to hundreds of charities across a wide range of causes, including uplifting disadvantaged families and vulnerable children, championing the arts, and preserving the environment.

CFS upholds the highest standards of corporate governance and works in close partnership with charities to ensure donations are deployed effectively and responsibly, driving meaningful and measurable impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you a digitally savvy marketer who enjoys turning strategy into results We are looking for a hands-on digital marketer to support the execution and delivery of our digital marketing and web operations across multiple channels.

This role focuses on strong execution, operational rigour, and project delivery. You will independently manage assigned digital initiatives while supporting broader digital strategies set by senior stakeholders. You will work across websites, social media, email, and digital campaigns, ensuring quality, consistency, and performance across all touchpoints.

This is a hands-on role suited for a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and brings strong critical thinking and project management skills to their work.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Operations

  • Deliver day-to-day digital marketing operations, including website content management, social media, and email marketing.
  • Manage the setup and effective use of digital marketing platforms and tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to develop digital assets, including copy and design.
  • Source and manage cost-effective vendors, including preparing clear briefs and deliverables.
  • Monitor social media channels and surface relevant engagement opportunities to internal teams.
  • Track digital trends and recommend improvements to tools, processes, and performance.

Digital Projects

  • Own the execution and delivery of assigned digital marketing and web projects alongside BAU activities.
  • Support the setup, testing, and optimisation of automated email journeys.

Website & Digital Platforms

  • Support website revamps, microsite development, and enhancement projects, coordinating across UI/UX, SEO, development, testing, and launch.
  • Maintain the website on an ongoing basis, ensuring functionality, content accuracy, plugins, and integrations are up to date.

Digital Campaigns & Performance

  • Execute digital advertising campaigns to support lead generation and audience growth.
  • Manage campaign timelines and deliverables.
  • Extract, analyse, and report on digital performance across platforms.
  • Use insights to inform content planning and continuous optimisation.

Administration & Team Support

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the team as required, including documentation, coordination, and follow-up on action items.
  • Support procurement processes, invoicing, and vendor-related administration.
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and preparation of materials for internal reviews and management reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or digital operations.
  • Good working knowledge of CMS (e.g. WordPress), web analytics (GA4), email marketing platforms, and common digital marketing tools.
  • Experience working with agency partners on paid digital campaigns across social and search.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable operating independently.
  • Positive mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
