Role Overview:
This role requires a Data Analyst (Excel) to provide data management and analysis services on a contractual basis. The work involves collecting, organizing, and transforming data to generate actionable insights for business decision-making. The role supports operational efficiency and data-driven strategies in a technology-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and compile data from multiple sources into structured Excel spreadsheets.
• Clean, validate, and standardize data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Build and maintain Excel-based dashboards and reports for performance tracking.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Document processes, formulas, and methodologies for reproducibility and team reference.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with data cleaning, validation, and transformation using Excel.
• Ability to interpret raw data and produce clear, concise summaries and reports.
• Familiarity with basic statistical analysis and trend identification in datasets.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high data integrity standards.
