Roles & Responsibilities

Our client, an award-winning boutique in creative event and experimental marketing agency specialized in sustainable luxury is looking forSenior Events Specialistto join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Craft proposals for luxury events and experiences, creating mood boards, visual proposals, and storyboards to present to client
• Work closely with third-party partners and vendors to ensure high-quality production of creative materials.
• Oversee the setup, execution, and teardown of events, ensuring seamless integration of all elements.
• Address any challenges that arise during events to ensure a smooth experience.
• Update and maintain the company's social media platforms and website during less busy periods
• Undertake any other related duties as assigned.

How does a successful candidate look like

• Degree/Diploma in Design, Event Management, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and management with strong portfolio track record.
• Proficiency in Adobe creative suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Autocad will be an added advantage.
• Excellent Creative and Visual Design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and travel as needed for events.
