Role Summary
Lead end-to-end execution for larger, more complex projects. You'll manage clients confidently, oversee multiple workstreams, and raise delivery standards across timelines, vendors, and onsite operations.
Key Responsibilities
Own project delivery from concept to post-event reporting (multi-event, multi-stakeholder)
Lead client communications, expectations, and risk management (issues before they happen)
Manage budgets, vendor negotiations, floorplans, run-of-show, manpower planning
Drive internal alignment with Sales/Marketing for smooth handovers and clear scopes
Build and maintain a reliable vendor/venue partner network improve cost efficiency
Mentor junior coordinators (checklists, briefs, onsite discipline, quality control)
Support brand storytelling through content capture, recaps, and event documentation
Ensure onsite excellence: team coordination, client handling, and service recovery
What We're Looking For
3-6+ years events experience (corporate/events agency preferred)
Strong project management, vendor management, and onsite leadership
Calm under pressure, solutions-first, excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator who can manage senior clients
