In B2B financial services, particularly across Asia-Pacific, in-person engagement is a primary driver of trust, executive access and commercial progression. Events are a core pillar of our B2B marketing strategy - supporting executive positioning, product storytelling and targeted account development.
In this role you will own the planning, execution and optimization of Banking Circle's event strategy across the region and ensure our APAC presence is commercially targeted, brand-consistent and aligned to global strategic priorities.
We offer a hybrid work model for our employees to allow for flexibility and productivity. However, we do expect you to spend most of your time in the office to build community and efficiency in the team.

Things we'll look for on your resume
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years experience in B2B fintech or financial services marketing.
You understand the APAC fintech and payments landscape and knows which associations, forums and conferences carry influence. You can advise our sales team on where Banking Circle should and should not be present, and you have awareness of current industry topics and can identify relevant speaking opportunities.
You operate with a campaign mindset, translating global messaging into local nuance and bring structure to hospitality and networking initiatives across diverse markets.
Finally, you execute with precision while maintaining brand standards.
