Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Executive, Senior Executive Experiential will havelogistical responsibility for several events per year including conferences andmeetings of varying scale. This role requires close collaboration with Producers (Event Managers) and cross functional teams, as well as the ability to multi-task, take initiative and work independently when required on projects ina fast-paced, high-pressured environment.

THE WORK

  • Provide onsite management of virtual, hybrid or physical events across Asia Pacific region.
  • Plan, set, communicate and manage project timelines and priorities, including status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure all meetings and events are delivered on time, within approved budgets, and in line with approved concepts and proposals.
  • Support the development and presentation of client proposals, including concept development, creative input, planning, timelines and budgets.
  • Build, maintain and develop long-term client relationship by consistently meeting or exceeding client's expectations.
  • Source, negotiate with, and manage third-party vendors and venues across the Asia Pacific region.
  • Manage stakeholders and assigned team members, including end-to-end resource planning, role allocation, and onsite responsibilities.
  • Conduct internal pre-event briefings and post-event de-briefings to ensure alignment, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accountability for final operational and financial reconciliation of projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance and commercial integrity.

THE CONNECTION

  • The Senior Event Executive reports to the Director, Experiential.
  • Acts as a primary client contact, providing strategic consultation, proactive reporting, and clear communication to ensure alignment, transparency, andclient satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

THE MUST HAVE

  • Diploma or Degree qualification in Business/Events Management/Hospitality or a related discipline.
  • Strong technological aptitude, with the ability to quickly adopt and leverage new tools, platforms and event technologies.
  • Willingness and ability to travel onsite for inspections and to support event delivery as required.
  • Demonstrated project management capability, with strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of delivery.
  • Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

THE GOOD TO HAVE

  • Fluency in English is required, proficiency in additional Asian languages will be an advantage.
  • Strong digital proficiency, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools and databases, with preferred experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
