You will be responsible and focus on improving tool performance and availability, in charge of maintenance, diagnosing failures and implementing effective solutions to meet uptime requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment performance in cleanroom environment for quality production.
• Continually improve tool uptime availability, drive defect reduction and enhance hardware capability.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability and improve MTBC.
• Analyze FDC data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
• Provide On Job Training for junior engineers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Drive cost reduction projects.
• Work with equipment vendors, Hookup and Facility Team to perform tool relocation, startup and commissioning.
• Communicate with equipment vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed.
• Maintain work environment 5S.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Equipment Engineer in Thin film (CVD) module.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Strong analytical, logical and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Familiar with QNX4 OS and File System.
• Experience working in Novellus Concept 2 Sequel/Speed and AMAT Producer/Centura DxZ, CxZ, HDP would be advantage.
