About the role
Solves difficult problems through assessment of various techniques and approaches to develop appropriate, creative and practical solutions for Wafer Process Operations. Solutions typically result in improved products, processes or quality.
Key responsibilities
- Maintenance and repair of Wafer process related systems such as PVD (Endura, Nexx), Etching system
- Perform set-up and conversion to support production
- Ensure timely completion of several complex independent tasks or manage a complex project by providing technical direction to less experienced engineers
- Formulate concepts and gain support and commitment for ideas within team
- Communicate with others to solve difficult problems
- Lead and motivate a team of AEs and Technician to perform daily tasks
About you
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Material, Science or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years experience in similar field
- Hands on experience in handling PVD, Etching system and others as required
- Wide application of most major concepts of specialization and ability to apply these concepts to a wide range of complex assignments
- Through knowledge of practical applications of concepts, procedures and guidelines to solve extremely complex problems
- Pleasant personality, able to interact and communicate well with all levels
