Job Responsibilities:
As an Equipment Engineer, you will be involved in
- MAINTAINING EQUIPMENT RELABILITY - Carry out equipment maintenance to ensure performance consistency and reduce equipment downtime.
- EQUIPMENT EFFICIENCY IMPROVEMENT - Analyze equipment failure pareto and carry out effective planning for corrective and preventive measures to maintain high equipment reliability and efficiency improvement.
- EQUIPMENT CAPACITY SUPPORT - Provide technical support on equipment capacity enhancement. Perform analysis, organize, and perform retrofits for equipment installation and relocation.
- EQUIPMENT FAULT DETECTION - Study of Fault Detection Control methodology and use analytic software to improve process and equipment control
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- More than 3 years of experience in relevant field
- Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye to details
- High degree of interpersonal skills and able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams
- Self-driven and independent with an inquisitive mind
- More than 5 years experience working on Axcelis GPL/GES/GESIP as an equipment engineer
- must have experience working on Axcelis Dry Resist Removal in semiconductor industry
- 5-8 years experience in the role as equipment engineer in performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting complex equipment issues in a semiconductor wafer fab.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and deep technical knowledge on Axcelis GPL/GES/GESIP
