Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, productivity, quality, cycle time, and maintenance effectiveness through engineering solutions and best practices.
Support NPI activities, equipment upgrades, and automation projects, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies into manufacturing operations.
Drive complex troubleshooting, incident investigations, and root cause analysis, implementing sustainable corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve operational stability.
Lead, mentor, and develop technicians and engineers, providing technical guidance, skills training, and structured development programs to strengthen team capabilities.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, quality, safety, and operational standards while promoting 6S, housekeeping, and continuous improvement culture across the manufacturing environment.
Leverage data analysis and equipment performance metrics to identify trends, optimize maintenance strategies, improve reliability, and support achievement of production KPIs and business objectives.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering
At least 7 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor
Data experience to help with setting up predictive maintenance
