Senior Equipment Engineer (12 hours shift)

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership in maintaining and troubleshooting complex manufacturing equipment, including optical, mechanical, electrical, automation, and fluidics systems to maximize uptime and operational reliability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, productivity, quality, cycle time, and maintenance effectiveness through engineering solutions and best practices.
• Support NPI activities, equipment upgrades, and automation projects, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies into manufacturing operations.
• Drive complex troubleshooting, incident investigations, and root cause analysis, implementing sustainable corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve operational stability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop technicians and engineers, providing technical guidance, skills training, and structured development programs to strengthen team capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, quality, safety, and operational standards while promoting 6S, housekeeping, and continuous improvement culture across the manufacturing environment.
• Leverage data analysis and equipment performance metrics to identify trends, optimize maintenance strategies, improve reliability, and support achievement of production KPIs and business objectives.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor
• Data experience to help with setting up predictive maintenance
