We are looking for an experienced Senior Enterprise Software Specialist (L3) - Ivalua / Low Code Engineer to join our team in Singapore.
The successful candidate will serve as a technical specialist for the Ivalua Source-to-Pay platform, providing hands-on configuration expertise and technical leadership across solution delivery. This role requires strong practical experience with Ivalua and a solid understanding of procurement and Source-to-Pay processes.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors to ensure platform solutions are designed, configured and delivered according to technical, functional and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, enhance and support solutions on the Ivalua Source-to-Pay platform
- Serve as a technical and platform specialist for Ivalua implementation and enhancement activities
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to project and vendor teams
- Translate business and procurement requirements into appropriate Ivalua configurations and solutions
- Support procurement processes including RFx, Contract Management, Supplier Onboarding, Procurement and Invoicing
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT and production go-live activities
- Review configurations and technical deliverables to ensure compliance with platform standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical recommendations and resolutions
- Collaborate closely with business users, product owners, project managers, technical teams and other stakeholders
- Support the delivery of scalable, reliable and highly available enterprise solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of platform development, configuration and operational practices
- Deliver solutions using Agile methodologies such as Scrum
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Source-to-Pay, procurement technology or procurement solution delivery
- At least 1 year of hands-on Ivalua configuration experience
- Ivalua work experience is mandatory
- Valid Ivalua L3 certification, preferably:Ivalua Certified Functional Specialist orIvalua Certified Technical Specialist
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay and procurement processes including:RFx / SourcingContract ManagementSupplier OnboardingProcurementInvoicing
- Experience working across the full solution delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, UAT and go-live
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale and high-availability technology solutions
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and vendor teams
Good to Have
- Previous experience supporting Singapore Government or public-sector technology projects
- Knowledge or experience with GCC, SHIP-HATS and SGTS
- Familiarity with Singapore public-sector data protection and security requirements
- Experience working on large-scale procurement transformation or Source-to-Pay implementation projects
