Job Description

  • Own and drive the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle across APAC (prospecting, RFPs, negotiation, closing)
  • Build and manage relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers across large organisations
  • Develop and execute a strong pipeline generation strategy (cold outreach, partnerships, events, referrals)
  • Deliver tailored solutions by collaborating with product, technical, and regional teams
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand market reach
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline reporting and CRM tracking
  • Represent the company at industry forums and client engagements

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales / business development
  • Strong track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals (tenders, RFPs)
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or consulting-led sales environments
  • Exposure to sustainability or ESG related domain
