We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to lead our expansion into mid-market and enterprise accounts.
This is not a typical sales role.
You will be responsible for:
Opening doors, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and closing high-value deals with businesses already investing in digital marketing.
You will work directly with leadership and play a key role in shaping our next phase of growth.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Open High-Value Opportunities
- Proactively identify and engage mid-market and enterprise businesses
- Build relationships with:
- Founders
- Marketing Directors
- CMOs
- Use a mix of:
- LinkedIn outreach
- referrals
- networking
- strategic prospecting
2.Drive Strategic Sales Conversations
- Run consultative discovery sessions with senior stakeholders
- Diagnose gaps in current marketing performance
- Position solutions around revenue growth, not just channels
3.Close High-Value Deals
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close
- Manage multi-stakeholder decision processes
- Close deals in the range of:
- SGD $5K–$20K+ MRR
4. Create and Execute Account Strategies
- Identify high-potential target accounts
- Develop tailored outreach and engagement strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals
5. Work Cross-Functionally
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns and positioning
- Align with Operations and Account Management on delivery
- Provide feedback to improve our go-to-market strategy
Who We're Looking For
Experience
- 5–10+ years in:
- digital agency sales
- SaaS / B2B sales
- consulting / solution selling
- Proven experience selling to:
- mid-market and/or enterprise clients
Track Record
- Demonstrated ability to:
- open doors (not just close inbound leads)
- manage complex sales cycles
- close high-value deals
Skills
- Strong consultative selling ability
- Excellent stakeholder management
- High business acumen (can speak beyond marketing tactics)
- Confident presenting to senior decision-makers
