Job Title: Senior Enterprise Sales Director – AI Factory Platform (Singapore-based)

About the Role:
We are seeking a hunter-profile Senior Enterprise Sales Director to be based in Singapore and lead new business acquisition across Southeast Asia and Australia. This is a high-impact role focused on expanding our footprint within sovereign and enterprise AI ecosystems in the region, engaging C-suite clients, and closing multi-million-dollar deals for our AI Factory Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new logo acquisition across enterprise and sovereign sectors, with a primary focus on Singapore, Australia and Malaysia.
- Identify, originate, and close large-scale AI Factory Platform opportunities, including infrastructure, platform, and integrated solutions
- Engage and influence C-level stakeholders (CEO, CIO, CTO, Chief Data/AI Officers) across Singapore's enterprise and government-linked sectors
- Leverage an established regional network – particularly in Singapore's technology, financial services, and sovereign AI ecosystems – to accelerate pipeline development
- Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure
- Structure and negotiate multi-million-dollar contracts ensuring strong commercial outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and delivery teams to craft tailored, high-impact proposals
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and consistent achievement of revenue targets
Requirements:
- 10–15+ years of enterprise technology sales experience with a proven hunter mindset
- Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar (USD) deals in complex environments
- Demonstrated success engaging and selling to C-suite executives in enterprise and/or government sectors.
- Strong, existing relationships across enterprise, sovereign, and government-linked ecosystems
- Experience selling AI, cloud, data center infrastructure, HPC, or enterprise platforms
- Ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in deal structuring and negotiation
- Excellent executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented
- Based in Singapore with ability to travel regionally as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI infrastructure, sovereign AI initiatives, or large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Exposure to hyperscaler ecosystems, GPU-based computing, or advanced AI workloads
- Understanding of regional regulatory, compliance, and data sovereignty considerations, including PDPA and cross-border data flows
Success Metrics:
- New business revenue and new logo acquisition across Singapore, Australia and Malaysia predominantly
- Total contract value (TCV) of closed deals
- Pipeline generation, velocity, and conversion rates
- Depth of engagement at C-suite level within strategic accounts in Singapore
