ERP Project Manager
We are looking for a Yonyou Project Manager who is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of Yonyou projects, ensuring that they are completed successfully, on time, and within budget while meeting the organization's strategic goals and requirements.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resources.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors.
- Ensure that project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the project team.
- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to ensure the solution meets their needs.
- Manage expectations and communicate progress regularly to all stakeholders.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and address any issues or changes that could impact the project's success.
- Implement contingency plans as needed to handle unforeseen challenges.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that the Yonyou solution meets quality standards and business requirements.
- Oversee testing phases to ensure functionality, performance, and user acceptance.
- Implement best practices and industry standards in project execution.
Change Management:
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources.
- Facilitate communication and training for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the Yonyou system.
- Address any resistance to change and ensure that the transition is as seamless as possible.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting notes.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
Compliance and Governance:
- Ensure that the project complies with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and enforce governance structures and practices to maintain project integrity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
- Over 5 years of experience in project consulting, implementation, or management, with a preference for candidates experienced in financial and supply chain project implementation.
- Strong understanding of enterprise business management processes and extensive project management experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin preferred.
- Proficient in using tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, and Gantt charts;
- strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
- PMP certification or knowledge of project management is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to oversee projects and effectively allocate team resources.
