Senior Enrichment Teacher - English / Maths / Science (Mon to Fri, No Weekends)

WHAT WE OFFER

Senior Enrichment Teachers own the quality of the programme in their centre, mentor newer teachers through their first terms, and have direct input into curriculum decisions. If you have spent four years delivering someone else's lesson plans and want a hand in writing them, this is that step.

ABOUT THE ROLE

At Curos we strive to grow every aspect of a child. This means we develop not just the cognitive aspects but the character, life skills and STEM exposure too. As a Senior Enrichment Teacher you will be responsible for the operations of the centre, planning and preparation of lessons, execution of lessons, and reporting on the progress of each child under your care.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Teach and help children with homework, ensuring all homework is completed by the end of the week.

- Build relationships with children and parents.

- Complete administrative tasks to support the running of the centre, including attendance and reporting.

- Assist in maintaining the safety and effectiveness of the learning environment, including cleanliness and tidiness.

- Mentor newer teachers and contribute to curriculum decisions.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- At least 4 years of experience teaching primary-level students.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Strong communication skills with both children and parents.

- Comfortable mentoring and supervising others.

- This role is perfect for someone who loves and is great with kids, and wants to see them grow in every aspect of their lives.

HOURS

Monday to Friday, no evening or weekend classes.
