- Conduct process setup and buyoff for Drive Backend Assembly, ensuring yield, cycle time, and quality outcomes meet established targets. Support compliance with product specifications and standards by overseeing product ID label buyoff. Monitor production yield, identifying any discrepancies, conducting process mapping, and implementing immediate containment measures while proposing corrective actions based on findings. Perform data queries and analysis to deliver insightful information for engineering teams. Ensure process sustainability by managing key operational variables and maintaining controlled operations. Collaborate with engineers to achieve ambitious goals while maintaining high-quality standards. Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency sustainably. Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities to support team and organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering or related disciplines. Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a constructive attitude. Strong resilience and adaptability, with an eagerness to tackle challenging assignments. Open-minded approach with a consistently positive work attitude. Strong data querying and analytical skills. Relevant experience in manufacturing processes is preferred, especially in areas such as process setup, buyoff, and mapping. Prior experience in failure analysis is an advantage. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
