The Senior Engineering Manager at Razorpay comes with considerable engineering management experience and proven leadership skills. You are expected to work on multiple projects at the same time, and also build and manage teams of engineers, possibly with a diverse set of tech skills. You may also be required to manage first-line managers. You will formulate and execute strategies, and coordinate with other managers. Your responsibilities mainly include people management, delivery management, and overseeing all the activities related to each proj
