Facilitate the evaluation, qualification and industrialization of new materials, products and processes in accordance to the Speed methodology. Prepare qualification plans and monitor the phases of industrialization
Be vigilant about market situations on technology and developments. Bring value added improvements to process, product and materials
Manage the adaptation of new and current production tools to technical improvements, regulatory changes, introduction of new products and equipment so as to attain a robust and reliable production capability, as well as objectives defined in terms of safety, environment, quality and cost
Formulate systems, procedures, and introduce necessary tools needed for the process developments and improvements
Work in close relationship with various production workshops to define and develop process parameters, fixture tooling and process controls for new products as well as for process improvement
Develop and lead process industrial excellence initiatives covering cost, capacity and sustainability
Continuously look for opportunities for improving the system, practices and methodology
Work closely with counterparts in France to derive, exchange and implement the best practices, methods and technologies
Drive and improve process capabilities, quality and reliability
Develop capacity and find opportunities to develop cost reduction roadmap
Recommend and administer policies, methods and procedures to enhance process capability
Understand and manage process changes in accordance with the process change request system
Job requirements
Degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
3-5 years experience as a Senior Process Engineer in manufacturing or semiconductor industries
Experience in Wet Etch is a plus
Strong knowledge of FMEA, SPC, 8D, QRQC, and other process improvement tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
Ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders
Good understanding of project management methodologies
Self-motivated with the ability to drive continuous improvement
