Senior Engineer - UAV

Job Description:

- Lead the inspection, maintenance, repair, and testing of UAV hardware and associated systems to maintain operational readiness and efficiency.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults using advanced diagnostic tools and apply engineering principles to rectify issues promptly.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and logistics to plan maintenance schedules and implement system upgrades.

- Manage and work with standard operating procedures, maintenance manuals, and technical reports to support knowledge management and compliance standards.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices to uphold the highest standards of operational safety.

- Support UAV users during events / exercises, when requested.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma in Aerospace Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electronics Engineering.

- Proven experience in UAV maintenance and troubleshooting, with a strong technical background in electronics, mechanics, and system integrations.

- Possession of relevant certifications or qualifications demonstrating advanced technical proficiency in UAV systems is highly advantageous.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation across teams and stakeholders.
