Responsibilities:

• Lead customer design engagements by managing queries, presentations, and compliance with standards. Involve in long-term design strategies that are aligned to company objectives.

• Oversee design operations, including resource planning, strategic alignment, and implement new design tools, software, and best practices to improve efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Provide guidance to Artwork Designers in developing new PCB designs, thorough design reviews and mentor team members.

• Establish and maintain design standards and requirements.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies and best practices in PCB design.

• Implement design improvements and innovations to enhance product performance and reduce costs.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management, including but not limited to setup & managing an offshore PCB design team, train and coach new hires on design processes and best practices.

More About You:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, PCB schematic design and PCB artwork design.

• Knowledge in Althium, Protel or any other electronics design software would be an added advantage.

• Demonstrates strong technical knowledge and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.

• Demonstrates strong self-initiative and adaptability, with a proven ability to perform consistently and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
