- Integration with broader urban infrastructure and public realm works
Role Scope
- Oversee civil and external works packages across the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities on design and execution
- Manage marine/coastal interface works, including shoreline or reclamation-related scopes
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and authority submissions
- Drive project delivery across cost, timeline, and quality benchmarks
- Support site coordination across both on-land and nearshore construction activities
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Experience in Singapore-based projects, preferably with exposure to external works / infrastructure/ coastal / marine / reclamation environments
- Familiarity with authority processes
- Ability to manage multi-disciplinary coordination across complex sites
- Suitable for candidates at Senior Engineer, APM, or PM level depending on experience
