Job's mission

As AI PM for the Global Quality Organization, you will lead the development and integration of cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence exploration, development & implementation that power ASM's next-generation quality controls. Your expertise in AI Software and marrying it with the right hardware will drive quality standards across suppliers, CMs, as well as internal manufacturing and at our customers. Partnering with global teams and customers, you will accelerate innovation and deliver solutions that shape the future of semiconductor technology.

What you will be working on

• Develop AiVi models collaboratively with our Supplier partners.
• Develop PowerApps applications for systematic traceability and visualization.
• Lead AI projects, fostering collaboration with manufacturing, analytics, and field support.
• Engage with customers during demos, on-site qualifications to accelerate adoption.
• Negotiate process-related agreements with partners and customers for joint development programs.
• Track industry trends in Artificial Intelligence to maintain competitive process leadership.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering, IT, Physics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in application engineering.
• Proven leadership experience managing projects and driving AI technology strategies.
• Strong customer-facing experience, including demos, qualifications, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills comfortable in global, cross-functional environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
