Senior Engineer

Responsibilites:

• Design, prototype, and validate new products, systems, or components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, design, manufacturing, sourcing, quality) to ensure feasibility and performance.
• Conduct simulations, testing, and validation of designs.
• Develop and optimize processes for product realization.
• Define technical specifications, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Design test plans and execute performance, reliability, and compliance testing.
• Support regulatory compliance and certification activities.
• Implement design-for-manufacturing (DFM) and design-for-test (DFT) practices.
• Guide and train a team of engineers to achieve above.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Understanding of test equipment and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
