We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Engineer in driving Quality Excellence and Digitalization. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), driving continuous improvement, and implementing digital solutions, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Automation initiatives to fulfill Quality requirements.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Monitor, analyze, and report Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by Quality Management
- Close follow up recovery plan and drive continuous improvement for Quality KPIs in collaboration with cross functional teams
- Manage and sustain automated Quality KPIs dashboard Tableau reporting in ensuring data consistency, integrity and data-driven decision
- Support & collaborate with stakeholders on Change Requests and perform User Acceptance Test prior to implementation in productive environment
- Lead and drive Quality Digitalization with digital solutions, Artificial intelligence (AI) and Automation initiatives on fulfillment of Quality requirements
- Best Practices Implementation (BPI) of Quality Digitalization and Ai initiatives from other sites
- Perform internal assessments and validation of Quality Digitalization and AI initiatives implementation
- Facilitate Change Management and moderate Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) sessions to identify and mitigate potential risks in processes and equipment
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Electronics & Mechanical Engineering / Computer Science / Data Science or equivalents
- Min 3-5 years experience in Quality Management System role
- Strong knowledge in data analytics, Artificial intelligence (AI), Factory Automation and Digitalization
- Good knowledge in FMEA, Audit standards and Project management skills
- Good interpersonal skills to team up with cross functional team for best result
- Able to work independently and self-motivated, with good communication skills and stakeholder management
