Senior / Engineer Quality Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Undertake customer quality engineering accounts
• Backup between QE to cover all customer quality accounts
• Coordinate routine meetings for designated customer accounts
• CAR/8D/VOC/VOP tracking
• Owner for QA related agenda during customer audit
• Support internal operations on 3rd party audits and internal audits
• Handling of internal/customer return lots
• Review/Approve QMS related to internal operations (including and not limited to RFC/CRB/PPCN/PCN (Change management), RMS/PPC (Recipe management system)
• Abnormal lot management including disposition of IQC/OQC hold lots, MRB lots
• Continuously work with process engineering to improve and sustain process stability
• Monitor and close CAPA actions from audits and CAR/8D

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor quality management (QA field) or 5 years of experience in semiconductor industry in a non-QA field
• Good working experience with operations for PCN/Audits/VOC/VOP
• Prior experiences of abnormal lot handling and ability to work closely in cross-department context
• Knowledge of QCP/FMEA/SPC/8D
