Senior Engineer, Projects, Ship Repair-Benoi

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ship repair, maintenance, and conversion projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Conduct safety meetings and oversee shipboard safety management.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Superintendents.
• Ensure all additional work is properly documented for quotation follow-up by estimators.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Marine Engineering (or equivalent).
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the marine or related industries.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage project teams effectively.
• Open to Singapore Citizens only.

Other Information

• Location: Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)
• Work Week: 5 days, with occasional weekend work
• Working Hours: 7:25 AM to 5:00 PM
