Participate in the construction, debugging, workflow formulation of the early-stage workshop, and related work such as team member training.
Assist the workshop leader in developing a local workshop engineer training program, systematically transfer efficient domestic work models, and improve new engineers mastery of full-process work like safety assessment, record execution, equipment technical modification, personnel training, and change control through a mentoring mechanism.
Assist the workshop leader in designing and implementing the workshop technician training plan, integrating relevant experiences from the Changzhou base to form standardized training materials, ensuring the standardization of operation processes.
Conduct safety assessments of the workshop production project's process flow, identify high-risk links and formulate response measures, organize and implement technical modification assessments and acceptance, train operators on key points to ensure the project's safe production.
Coordinate resources, allocate them reasonably and implement them in stages, promote project completion as planned, and optimize unit operations, set operational benchmarks, and continuously improve production efficiency.
Respond quickly and solve production abnormalities, lead deviation investigations, CAPA training, and track the implementation of improvement measures, regularly summarize and share project production experiences.
Participate in customer communication and audits, provide closed-loop solutions for technical issues.
Job Requirements:
5 years of working experience in CRDMO production environment.
Bachelor Degree in Engineering and relevant study.
Project Construction and Operation Management:
Proficient in reading and writing in both English and Chinese, capable of fluent technical communication with both the local Singapore team and the technical team in China.
Experience in workshop construction, debugging, and workflow formulation, ability to independently organize team member training, ensuring smooth start-up of new workshops or projects.
Team Development and Mentoring: Experience in training engineers and technicians, ability to systematically transfer efficient work models, and help team members master full-process work through a mentoring mechanism.
Training System Development: Ability to integrate base experiences, design and implement standardized training programs, form reusable training materials, ensuring the standardization and consistency of operation processes.
Process Safety and Technical Modification Management: Familiarity with production process safety assessment methods, ability to identify high-risk links and formulate response measures, organize and implement technical modification assessments and acceptance, ensuring safe project production.
Planning and Resource Coordination: Excellent planning and communication skills, ability to allocate resources reasonably based on project needs, implement tasks in stages, promote project completion as planned, and continuously optimize unit operations to improve production efficiency.
Problem Solving and Quality Management: Ability to respond quickly and handle abnormalities, lead deviation investigations, CAPA training and implementation of improvement measures, good at summarizing and sharing project experiences, and promoting continuous quality improvement.
Customer Communication and Audit Support: Good customer communication skills, ability to participate in audit work, propose and implement closed-loop solutions for technical issues to meet customer and compliance requirements.
