SENIOR ENGINEER C&S (5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE (CONSULTANCY BACKGROUND PREFERRED, ERSS / A&A / DESIGN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

Our client is a reputable Civil & Structural engineering consultancy firm, known for delivering high-quality, practical, and innovative solutions across residential, industrial, and commercial developments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform civil and structural design works in compliance with Singapore Standards and Eurocodes
- Develop and prepare design calculations, engineering reports, and detailed drawings
- Liaise and coordinate effectively with clients, architects, M&E consultants, and contractors
- Conduct site visits, attend project meetings, and carry out inspections as required
- Assist the Professional Engineer (PE) with submissions to BCA and relevant authorities
- Ensure all design deliverables are completed accurately and within project timelines
- Contribute to the progression of design from concept through to detailed stages
- Ensure designs adhere to local regulations, codes, and authority requirements
- Proactively identify, coordinate, and resolve design and technical issues
- Maintain organized documentation, including drawing registers, revisions, and records
PROJECT EXPOSURE:
- Landed residential developments
- A&A (Addition & Alteration) works
- ERSS and temporary works
- Industrial and commercial projects
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (recognized by PEB Singapore)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a C&S consultancy firm
- Strong experience in design, ERSS, and A&A works is required
- Familiar with structural software (e.g., Prokon, ProtaStructure, ETABS, SAFE, Plaxis) is an advantage
- Strong understanding of BCA submission process and local codes
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under tight deadlines
- Experience in landed housing projects will be an advantage
