(Senior) engineer on process and metrology

Job Responsibilities

1. Metrology owner of CNC smarts cope, and other contact/non‑contact profilers, covering from recipe setup, inspection execution, and data analysis on products of micro optics, and/or,
2. Data scientist, with duties like data creating for 3D printing, data modelling of lens profile, etc. by solidworks, or programming in Python / Matlab, and/or,
3. Polymer molding owner for printing/imprinting from singlet/array lens to wafer level, based on high end Two‑Photon Polymerization equipment and CNC based step and repeat equipment, including setup of alignment recipe, dispensing recipe, inspection recipe, etc.

Job Requirements

1.Basic Requirements

‑ Familiarity with one of the following – Data processing, metrology on precision measuring instruments (Smartscope, contact/non‑contact profiler, etc.), molding, optimizations of chemical, or MEMS process / equipment, material characterization, and/or, ‑ Programming skills strongly preferred as used in data analysis, like image processing, macro of Excel, Matlab, Python, etc., with strong interests on computer and data (/math).

2. Work Experience

‑ 13 years of work experiences preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome, if with strong skills and interests.

3.】. Knowledge and Skills

‑ Knowledge on polymer and curing, mechanical machining, statistical process control, dispensing, MEMS, etc. are strong bonus. ‑ Proactive, analytical, and adaptable, with strong attention to detail, good observation and strong problem‑solving and coordination abilities in cross‑functional settings. ‑ Mindset of R&D.

4. Professional Qualities

Education: Degree or Master's in Engineering, Physics, Materials, Optics, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
