- Develop, implement, and continuously improve Facility policies and management system.
- Lead a team of technical specialist in the Operation and Maintenance of Facility System.
- Manage contractors and ensuring safety, quality workmanship and on-time completion.
- Condition Based Monitoring and improvement plans.
- Energy and Water Efficiency opportunities assessment and improvement plans.
- Capital investment plans, project planning and timely implementation.
- Adhoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering with relevant experience.
- Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) is a must.
- Good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong team player and result orientated.
