Purpose
- To lead and support mechanical engineering design and project delivery, including ACMV, fire protection, and sanitary/plumbing systems.
- Responsible for providing technical support, managing project activities from concept to completion, providing technical guidance, ensuring compliance with quality and SHEQ standards, and supporting effective project administration.

Responsibilities
- Support and provide mechanical engineering design
- Handle design works and/or project management relevant to ACMV, Fire Protection, Sanitary and Plumbing
- Supervise and coach a team of engineers in mechanical services for the project from concept stage, design development, contract documentation, authority submissions, site administration to project completion
- Act as either Project Manager or Team Leader in projects.
- Act as mentor to new employees
- Advise engineers on the project administration and contractual issues
- Conduct technical discussion on common design problems with engineers
- Assist in maintaining high quality standards of design and construction
- Responsible to participate and support the Company's SHEQ within their scope of duties

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Center projects
- Willing to travel to countries within Southeast Asia as required
- Preferably Professional Engineer with Practising Certificate (PEPC)
- Extensive operations management experience in engineering or construction related industry
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Knowledge of industry regulatory rules and legislations
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
