Senior Engineer (Manufacturing Engineering Process)

Responsibilities:
. Meet Departmental goals on Cost, Responsiveness &Quality objectives

. Develop and establish work instructions, routing, and workmanship standards

. Track & manage CAPEX spending within the allocated budget

. Establish preventive maintenance and calibration of production equipment

. Supervise and train subordinates and implements company policy

. Drive LEAN opportunities on manufacturing lines

. Provide an area of technology expertise

. Provide technical resource & training to staff

. Lead new product/process start-ups/transfers and change management

. Lead the planning and executing yield /quality /process /UPH /machine /OEE improvement initiatives

. Lead in developing and promoting new technologies and processes

. Lead engineering team to improve manufacturing system / processes

Additionalinformation :

► Primary

- Propose manufacturing process & investments for business quotes

- Design, develop and implement processes, equipment,jigs and fixtures for manufacturing of new/redesign products

- Support new product development (ADP, PDP) withmanufacturing expertise especially in Overmold

- Transfer new/redesign/VAVE programs to production

► Major Accountability

- Plan project manufacturing process tasks

- Develop and establish work instructions, routing, and workmanship standards

- Install and commission new equipment

- Track& manage CAPEX spending within the allocated budget

Requirements:
. Degree Holder in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical and Electronic Engineering/ Production/Manufacturing Engineering

. Minimum of 12 years of working experience, with 8 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Process

. Proficient oral and written communication Skills

. Time Management Skills

. Analytical problem-solving Skills

. Decision making Skills
